Founder of Riffe Fire Investigations, LLC, Brian Riffe has over 30 years experience as a fire and explosion investigator.

Pam Riffe is co-owner, office administrator, compliance officer & investigative advisor. She has extensive experience in the insurance claim industry. Her perspective helps us deliver the service our clients need.

Robert "Bobby" Rollston, Jr. is an asset to our team. He has thousands of hours of expertise in fire and explosion investigations and for many years has served as instructor at the Virginia Fire Marshal's academy. As a trainer of the experts, his credentials are top notch.

Walter Scott Flora brings at least 36 years experience in fire service, EMS and fire investigations to Riffe Fire Investigations, LLC. He retired from the Hampton, Virginia fire marshal's office in 2021 with 12 years of investigative experience and became a fully licensed private fire investigator. As of June 2022, he has become a valued asset to our team.
